Sarah Sutherland Director
Sarah is a director in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase team. She specialises in advising developers, landowners and public sector clients on large infrastructure and mixed-use redevelopment schemes across the UK including the use of CPO powers. She is a Legal Associate of the RTPI and regularly speaks at industry events. She has been ranked as an ‘Associate to Watch’ in Chambers and Legal 500, described as "very switched-on and efficient.

Gary Soloman Partner
Gary is head of the firm's planning and compulsory purchase team.
He specialises in major planning applications, infrastructure agreements (including section 106 agreements), compulsory purchase and compensation (including advocacy), and highway aspects of development. He is a member of the Law Society's Planning Panel, a legal associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a Higher Court Advocate. Patrick Munro
Associate
Patrick is an associate in the firm’s planning and compulsory purchase team. He advises on a wide range of infrastructure and development matters, with a particular specialism in energy projects. He also advises scheme promotors and affected parties on compulsory purchase and compensation.
Patrick provides advice to clients on a wide range of matters in the planning process, including advising on planning applications, environmental impact assessment requirements and reviewing EIA reports.
