About the speakers
Ian Brownhill Ian specialises in public law, human rights and regulatory law. He has a broad public law and human rights practice which focuses on mental capacity, education law, criminal justice, prison and police law and community care. Fran Pearson Fran is the independent chair of safeguarding adults boards. Fran trained as a social worker because she wanted to make a difference to people's lives. She saw the extent to which people’s dignity and independence were affected for good or ill by the way organisations worked together, and as a result, moved into local government and NHS commissioning - establishing new services and redesigning others. |
