Guinness Partnership names nine firms to £9.3m legal services framework
Major social landlord the Guinness Partnership has named nine firms to a legal services framework agreement estimated to be worth £9.3m over four years.
The framework is divided into the following lots:
- Lot 1 - Development and Major Projects
- Lot 2 - Conveyancing and Contracts
- Lot 3 - Housing Management
- Lot 4 - Governance and Finance
- Lot 5 - Employment and Pensions
The successful firms were:
- Anthony Collins (lots 2, 4, 5)
- Ashfords (3)
- Capsticks (1, 3, 4)
- Clarke Willmott (1)
- Devonshires (1, 4)
- Forbes Solicitors (2, 3)
- TLT (1)
- Trowers & Hamlins (1, 2, 4, 5)
- Weightmans (3)
The framework will last for four years with no options to extend for any further periods.
The Guinness Partnership owns and manages 70,000 homes, and operates in 144 local authority areas in England. It is a member of the G15 group of large housing associations.
