Children’s law specialist joins Unit Chambers
Jennifer Grehan, a specialist in Children’s Law, the Court of Protection, and International Family Law, has joined Unit Chambers.
The set said Grehan has extensive experience appearing regularly in the High Court and family courts across London, Liverpool, Manchester, and the North West region.
“She is well-versed in complex cases involving non-accidental injuries, parental alienation, and international child abduction, with a strong track record representing clients in both Hague Convention and non-Hague Convention jurisdictions,” it added.
“Her expertise spans both Public Law and Private Law matters, acting for local authorities, vulnerable parents, and guardians in cases involving neglect, sexual abuse, adoption, and Deprivation of Liberty cases. Jennifer is particularly adept at representing vulnerable clients, including those with learning difficulties, ensuring their rights are upheld throughout proceedings.”
In the Court of Protection Grehan regularly represents families, local authorities, and the Official Solicitor in complex personal welfare disputes and best interest decisions.
Unit Chambers said: “We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer to Unit Chambers and are confident that her expertise and dedication will be a tremendous asset to our clients. We look forward to working alongside her as she continues to deliver outstanding results across her areas of specialisation.”
