Ward Hadaway hires partners in boost to social housing and procurement teams
Law firm Ward Hadaway has strengthened its social housing and procurement teams in Newcastle with the hire of two partners.
Kelly Pearson specialises in property and regeneration projects with an affordable housing focus, acting for regional and national registered providers, local authorities, public sector bodies and private sector developers.
Commercial litigator Tim Dennis meanwhile regularly advises both contracting authorities and economic operators in relation to challenges following alleged breaches of the relevant legislation. He also regularly advises clients, both in the public and private sector, in respect of commercial and contractual disputes.
Ward Hadaway has also recently hired Matthew Sigsworth as a managing associate in commercial litigation and Marie-Louise O’Hanrahan as an associate in the social housing team, alongside Patrick Saunders, an associate in the public sector department.
It has also taken on three solicitors as well as five paralegals and a conveyancer.
